OVEN & STOVE ISSUES

DOESN’T TURN ON

For an electric stove doesn’t start, first ensure the stove is plugged in and if all circuit breakers are on. You should check the pilot light on gas appliances. If the stove is plugged in or if the pilot light is on, that means a different part of the oven will have to be replaced. The reason for the issue could be the infinite switch, surface element, burner igniter or broil and bake element.

BURNER WILL NOT HEAT

A stove or burner without produce heat won’t do much. Your oven will not heat when there’s a broken oven sensor or a malfunctioning bake element. Your burner will not fire up if an element is broken or when the burner switch or terminal block don’t work. We know how to repair these common issues in less than 1-2 hours after an appointment begins.

TIMER ISSUES

You can assume the control panel on a stove or oven is broken if the timer or program functions don’t work. If that’s the case, we are able to fix control boards for GE, LG, Sears, KitchenAid, Kenmore and many other brands of ranges, stoves and ovens.

OVEN IS VERY HOT

You always need a hot oven. Although not too hot! When the heat is extremely hot, it could be because of a broken sensor or thermostat. Our technicians know how to diagnose the reason for the issue and then repair it. Just be careful when troubleshooting this problem for fear of skin burns from the very high and unpredictable heat source.

IGNITER WON’T LIGHT

A common stove issue is times where an igniter will glow but will not light. The cause is sometimes from a broken {surface igniter, safety valve, electronic control|electronic control, surface igniter, safety valve|safety valve, electronic control, surface igniter| or temperature sensor. We determine if we can fix these appliance parts or if we have to replace the parts.

DOOR DOESN’T OPEN
